start with offering BPO to banks in Oman
This was the time when we started our company. We had no idea how far we would go, we weren’t even sure that we would be able to survive for a few years. What drove us to start the company was the understanding that we could provide a service no one else was providing.

We worked with banks and insurance companies in Oman to promote their retail services through telemarketing and direct sales.

We launched the first Omani job portal www.jobibex.com to allow employers and job seekers in Oman and the GCC find each other.

got into training
We successfully delivered a major training program with OPAL titles "your job, your oath" followed by a series of staff loyalty programs offered to major organizations in Oman.

A global job board names www.hireteachers.net was lunched to help schools and educational institutions across the globe search and recruit teachers and education professionals.

Launched another job portal www.getdok.com dedicated to hiring doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals all over the world.

Coach Ibex
Launched www.coachibex.com a platform that allows training institutions, freelance trainers and coaches showcase their training and coaching services and allow individuals and organizations request tailormade training programs and directly receive bids.
